Terms and Conditions

Prices
All prices are exclusive to Diane Ford Soft Furnishings and are inclusive of VAT at the rate in force at the time of the goods being despatched.

We reserve the right to review prices, and these are subject to alteration without notice.


Products
Diane Ford Soft Furnishings reserve the right to change designs, specifications or withdraw products without notice.


Samples
Diane Ford Soft Furnishings can supply fabric/blind samples FREE OF CHARGE,
larger samples are available
at a cost of £5.00 refundable upon return.


Made to Measure - (Special Orders)
Any goods that have been Made to Measure are NON RETURNABLE.


Damaged Goods
Diane Ford Soft Furnishings must be notified of any damaged goods within 3 days of delivery, a replacement will be ordered and despatched as soon as possible.


Delivery
All orders are despatched within 7-10 working days, however in the unlikely event that the item you have chosen is Out of Stock, you will be notified of an estimated delivery date, should you choose not to wait, you will be given the option to cancel and a full refund will be given.

All delivery and handling charges are based on weight and is levied to every order placed that is under £75.00 nett.
Additional charges are made for outside the UK.


Carriage
Charges for outside the U.K. mainland are:

Northern Ireland/Isle of Man - orders over £75.00 (ext VAT) are carriage free.
Orders less than £75.00 (ex VAT) charged at £20.00


Republic of Ireland - orders over £75.00 (ex VAT) are carriage free.
Orders less than £75.00 charged at £20.00.


Overseas Orders
Orders from overseas are most welcome, please email your details before placing an order.
Additional delivery charges will apply outside the UK.


Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.  
Please email/call the sales office 07935 097430 to discuss your requirements.


Returns
In the unlikely event that you may wish to return an item that is unsuitable these must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in resaleable condition and in the original packaging unopened. Cost of return unless damaged is to be paid by the customer.

You may contact us via telephone/email we will arrange collection, but the cost of this will be deducted from any refund.

We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us. In this instance we recommend that goods are sent Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.

By Law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 working days after the date the item is delivered to you.


Payment
Payment can be made by Credit/Debit cards, BACS and Cheques in UK Pounds Sterling.  If you prefer that extra security we can take your payment offline (we will contact you once we have received your order).
