How do I know that my order has been received?
A. 
 Confirmation of your order will be emailed within minutes of it being placed. 
     Should you not receive a confirmation email please call our sales office.

Do you take Telephone Orders?
A. 
Yes.  The sales office is open Monday - Friday 09.00 - 6.00 and Saturday 9.00 - 12.00.

What payments do you accept?

  We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Electron, Delta, Solo, and Maestro.

What are your delivery charges?
A.
  A 'sliding scale' is used for delivery to Mainland UK.

     We also deliver to Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands and throughout
     Europe - please email for details.

     The following Highlands and Islands postcodes are charged for shipping purposes:
     PH22, PH33, PH34, PH41, IV1-5, IV13, IV63, IV11, IV15, IV17, IV19, IV26, IV30, IV40, IV52,
     KW16, HS2, ZE1.


Q.  How quickly will my order be shipped?
A. 
 
All orders are despatched within 7-10 working days, however in the unlikely event that the item
     you have chosen is Out of Stock, you will be notified of an estimated delivery date, should you
     choose not to wait, you will be given the option to cancel and a full refund will be given.



Q.   How safe are my payment details?
A. 
  Your payment is collected by Sage Pay who are audited by an independent auditor on a regular
      basis to ensure that we comply with the latest security standards set out by Visa and
      MasterCard.


Q.   Returns
A.   In the unlikely event that you may wish to return an item that is unsuitable these must be
      returned within 7 days of receipt and in resaleable condition and in the original packaging,
      this also includes products that have been altered in any way and curtain tapes that have
      been pulled.
      
      Cost of return unless damaged is to be paid by the customer.

      You may contact us via telephone/email we will arrange collection, but the cost of this will be
      deducted from any refund.

      We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us.
      In this instance we recommend that goods are sent Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.

      Your payment will be refunded within 28 days.

      By Law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 working days
      after the date the item is delivered to you.
